PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a creative, initiative-taker who will be instrumental in leading partner co-marketing initiatives that drive growth through our amazing partner network in North America.

You’ll be part of a creative, analytical and nimble team that ideates, plans, launches and monitors dozens of campaigns simultaneously using state-of-the art marketing tools.  The partners you work with run the gamut from highly specialized boutique agencies and regional system integrators all the way up to global multi-billion dollar digital transformation firms.

  • Generate pipeline through partner channel across a variety of vertical markets.
  • Help translate annual strategic partner plans into actionable programs and campaigns.
  • Execute and manage partner campaigns through launch ensuring quality deliverables and on-brand messaging.
  • Coordinate and plan digital aspects of partner campaigns with regional digital marketing manager.
  • Coordinate with partner marketing counterpart to ensure joint programs are executed on time and on budget.
  • Track outcomes of partner co-marketing campaign KPIs.
  • Evaluate and report on key performance criteria of campaigns and adjust as needed.
  • Ensure global strategic partner campaigns are coordinated with counterparts in other regions.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • BS Degree (Business or Communications preferred)
  • Additional certificates or courses in modern marketing techniques (Hubspot, data analytics, project management, etc) a plus
  • B2B Marketing focus
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with partners in a high tech B2B organization
  • Marketing campaign planning and execution for SaaS software company
  • E-Commerce or CMS industry experience a plus
  • Experience executing B2B campaigns aimed at IT or digital buying personas

Location

This role will be located out of our Durham, NC US headquarters office or Southern California remote.
